Adorn: to lend beauty to

In Ode on a Grecian Urn, John Keats states, "Beauty is truth, truth beauty."  While I do not espouse to Mr. Keat's philosophies...I find this statement very profound.

The intention of this blog is to focus on adornment of the body, soul, and spirit....sometimes superficial musings of  wellness, fashion, health....yet, sometimes deep theological meditations on the only perfectly beautiful and perfectly true thing....the Gospel.

So today...this resurrection Sunday...I begin with the most beautiful words I have ever heard.

  • Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. " John 3:3

My heart is that you see this adornment not as a process of self-improvement, but one of self-wreckage...as I aim to continually adorn the bride of Christ and conform to the likeness of His image by His Spirit.

Enjoy.
