Now on to superficial musings...


I'm like a kid on Christmas morning, having just received a fabulously generous package from my aunt....a wonderful encourager and cheerleader for physical and spiritual wellness. Since I'm the world's biggest skeptic...I'm so thankful she's gone out of her way to let me try some new things.

She's been a loyal proponent of Manntech products for several years now. I've been hesitant to add yet another supplement to my regime because of cost, etc....so she was kind enough to send me some Advanced Ambertose. It's a glyconutritional supplement that's supposed to help your cells talk...apparently mine don't communicate so well. : )

Not only that...I have an awesome new toy to play with....a galvanic spa as of two weeks ago and the skin care kit to go with it today. I've had terrible skin for as long as I can remember. This system claims to be better than botox and facelifts, which at my age, is the least of my concerns...but I'm already impressed with how the overall texture and look has improved. What girl doesn't love new skin care products?

In addition to all this...I also received some Glutino breakfast bars...chocolate and wildberry. I love their Flax bread and am excited for any easy on-the-go snack.

Yeah for Christmas in April!
